Please read these terms carefully before using NatureXpress

1. Introduction

Welcome to NatureXpress ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our EUDR compliance platform accessible at naturexpress.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

NatureXpress provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help Indian agricultural exporters comply with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR - EU Regulation 2023/1115). Our services include:

  • •Bulk farmer data upload and management via CSV
  • •Satellite-based GPS verification for deforestation detection
  • •Generation of Due Diligence Statements (DDS)
  • •TRACES NT compatible XML export for EU submission
  • •Compliance PDF reports and documentation packages
  • •Invoice generation with GST calculations

3. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • 1Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and use
  • 2Upload only genuine farmer data that you have legal authorization to process
  • 3Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • 4Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • 5Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations
  • 6Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform
  • 7Ensure GPS coordinates provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • 8Verify the accuracy of generated compliance documents before submission to EU authorities

4. Payment Terms

Current Pricing

Base price: ₹19,999 per shipment compliance package

GST (18%): ₹3,600

Total: ₹23,599 per shipment

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

GST: All prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% will be applied on all transactions as per Indian tax regulations.

Invoice: A GST-compliant invoice will be automatically generated and emailed after successful payment.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing paid shipments will not be affected.

5. Data Ownership & Usage

You retain full ownership of all farmer data and business information you upload to our platform.

We process your data solely to provide the Service and will not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

We use Supabase for secure data storage and Resend for email communications. Both comply with GDPR and international data protection standards.

Satellite verification is performed using publicly available geographical data sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

Important Notice

While we strive for accuracy, NatureXpress is a compliance assistance tool. Final responsibility for EUDR compliance rests with the exporter.

NatureXpress shall not be liable for:

  • •Rejection of compliance documents by EU authorities due to inaccurate data provided by you
  • •Satellite verification results based on incorrect GPS coordinates
  • •Any business losses resulting from delays in document generation
  • •Changes in EUDR regulations that may affect compliance requirements
  • •Third-party service outages (Razorpay, Supabase, satellite data providers)

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific shipment in question.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed separately. Please refer to our for complete information on when refunds are issued and the process involved.

In general, refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been utilized (no documents downloaded or verification run).

8. Intellectual Property

The NatureXpress platform, including its software, design, algorithms, and documentation, is the exclusive property of NatureXpress and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

The compliance documents generated by our platform based on your data belong to you. However, the templates, formatting, and generation methodology remain our intellectual property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@naturexpress.com. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination unless required by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically:

  • •Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
  • •Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • •Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • •Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
